The objective is simple:

To provide a cohesive branded platform with an easier user experience for both CP3 Rising Stars and CP3 Middle School Camps.

Introduction

Objective Details

We want to make sure that when someone lands on your website that there is no confusion on where they are at. We can discuss the potential of one site that houses both CP3 Rising Stars and Middle School Camp that allows us to differentiate between both camps and boys and girls. We also want to them to be able to navigate where they need to go easily throughout all of the options available. Desktop and mobile versions should also be branded and match correctly. From ease of sign up to event information, history and more, the goal is to build the credibility of your camps even more with website you can be proud of.

Your New Website

Your New Website

Having re-designed websites in many different industries, we know what is needed and what can be left out. There are several components to your site which would benefit you greatly.

Some we have talked about in our initial meeting. Others we will develop with your new website design platform.

Content for the Site

HOMEPAGE The homepage should be clear to those that land on it, that they are on the CP3 camps site. Or, if we do two sites, that they are on their respective camp sites. Also, the simplistic navigation between Boys and Girls should be apparent. I think we view the homepage as a clear biway between all information and a blueprint of where to go. Then, once the direction is chosen by the one using the site, information is readily available within each section.

ABOUT US This will showcase the directors of the camps, volunteer staff and coaching form as well as custom coaches pages and profiles as you show in your flowchart. This will be accessible from the main navigation at all times.

RISING STARS SITE (logos also used accordingly) BOYS We will color code to Red for the boys area and create a "one page" anchored set up with a second color coded navigation that offers access to the Mission/Story including Hall of Fame, Registration, Events, and Media.

GIRLS We will color code to Pink for the girls area and create a "one page" anchored set up with a second color coded navigation that offers access to the Mission/Story including Hall of Fame, Registration, Events, and Media.

MIDDLE SCHOOL SITE

Same set up for this as above for the Rising Stars.

TO NOTE:

If we decide to go towards a single site, we can still offer the same features provided we will just create an easy way to navigate between both camps within one site and keep the same set up as above between the boys and girls throughout the site.

BUSINESS SIDE: We will build out all of the events for the year for your camps in each section of each camp. We will also build out the CRM side including forms and automations, workflows and emails.

COMMUNITY

This option will be prepared for when the time is right and ready to use when you are your team are ready.

MEDIA:

The media will be built out throughout the site using SmugMug and YouTube as the vehicles. Wix Video Player will be used for video within the site but YouTube will be the source in which the videos are embedded within the Wix Video Player.

CONCLUSION:

We have multiple options that can be accomplished. One site or two seperate with back links to each other. Either way, all of the above features will be accomplished.

REST EASY, all of our website designs are 'Responsive' Computer, Tablet or Mobile - it will look fantastic!

Processes & Timescales

Processes & Timescales

Step 1  Design interview

We need to get to the bottom of who you are, what you stand for and who you stand beside.

Only then can we begin to create a design that portrays the value you offer in a way that resonates with the people who matter: the people you want to do business with. *WE ALREADY KNOW WHAT YOUR GOALS ARE HERE, TRANSFER YOUR WEBSITE DESIGN OVER TO A NEW PLATFORM. YOU CAN DISREGARD THIS STEP

Step 2  Design presentation

Three new design concepts will be designed. Naturally there will be a common theme but we try to think outside the box and come up with something that isn't obvious. This is often where the best ideas come from.

We'll go through these options and decide which direction to take and any adjustments. *SINCE WE WILL BE JUST MAKING SURE THAT YOUR DATA IS TRANSFERRED AS YOUR CURRENT SITE IS, YOU CAN DISREGARD THIS SECTION

Step 3  Website content

Now we have your design locked-in, we can begin to construct the website. Our copywriter will be in touch with you to help put your ideas down through the "voice" of your new brand. DISREGARD

Any photos will need to be gathered at this stage via Google Drive. We will reach out to you more about this as we get close to start date.

Step 4  Website build

Using everything we've gathered, your website is built. Once it's done, we'll present it to you and go through the details in accordance with the objectives originally set.

Any amends are made at this stage.

Step 5  Launch

The launch process is a carefully considered one. We need to ensure email addresses don't go down, the site doesn't have any downtime, any old links are re-directed to the new pages and several other things.

This is something we've done hundreds of times before.
We operate to a checklist which we've curated over the years and it's not failed us once.

We always launch late on a Friday night to give us the best chance of getting any issues ironed out.

You can sleep easy knowing we'll be on-call over your launch weekend to ensure everything goes according to plan.

In total, it will take us between    weeks to get your website live.

If you are not happy with the design at that point, I will provide you with an additional quote for extra design work needed. If instead, you wish to cancel our agreement, you may do so and I will retain the initial payment for the work completed to date.

SaaS (Software as a Service) layout templates

I will develop using valid Saas web designers for styling. I will test all my designs in current versions of all major browsers including those made by Apple, Microsoft, Mozilla, and Google.

I will also test all pages on mobile and tablets to ensure that they are all optimized for the additional devices.

The estimate/quotation prices in this proposal are based on the time I estimate I will need to accomplish everything that you have told me you want to achieve. At that time you will be provided with an additional quote for the extra work.
